The eyes of the world are on Siberia. A huge meteorite has struck near the Tunguska River, revealing ancient corruption. Under the leadership of Dr. Tarkoskij, an expedition sets off into the taiga to find out more about the meteorite and its effects on the land. The heroes of the war, seeking new adventures, privately finance their own expeditions to Siberia, always in search of artifacts, challenges and new glory. Expeditions is a competitive, map-driven exploration game in which you build your own map engine. You play cards that give you strength, cunning and unique worker abilities; move your mech to mysterious locations; use workers, artifacts, meteorites and missions to upgrade your mech; and use strength and cunning to clear corruption from the land.
